It's a fluffy, soft cream that melts into skin. It's intensely hydrating, but also incredibly matt and therefore perfect as a makeup base. I used it on my eye contour too and found it lovely as an eye cream as well. I would highly recommend it to normal/combo skin types because it leaves skin soft without being oily or greasy.
