In Asia, clean beauty is not defined by a single approach, but by a spectrum of formulation philosophies shaped by both tradition and modern development. As interest grows in how products are made, there is a shift toward understanding ingredient sourcing, formulation intent, and how products are experienced over time. From botanicals informed by long-standing practices to ingredient-driven development grounded in research and sustainability, each brand reflects a different way of approaching clean beauty.
As winners in the 2026 Clean Beauty Awards, these Asia-based brands offer insight into how these perspectives come together in practice.
