The Chromaforte Eyeliner by dome beauty in the shade Ninja is one of the darkest black gel eyeliners I've ever used. As someone with sensitive eyes that are prone to watering, I can say that this eyeliner does not budge once applied! Goes on super smooth, no tugging.
