2022 CBA JudgeThis feels so nice in my cuticles and nails! It feels and works like a high end product. I may have done it out of order but after I removed my polish, I used this on my nail bed and cuticles and gave myself a massage. It left my nail and cuticle shiny, hydrated, and healthy.
