2023 CBA JudgeWinter can be confusing in Texas, it can be hot one day and the next cold. My skin really suffers with dryness. I enjoyed this balm to calm my dryness down. Since it is a balm it is a little heavy for me but great for days when I stay home to hydrate. It is also great for hands and any other dryness you may have.
