I loved the texture of the cream. It was extremely rich and moisturizing, while not feeling very heavy. I don't know if I necessarily notice any firming as a result of use as stated in the name of the product, but it was a great product to use during the dry and cold winter months. Definitely a product I would enjoy for day & night use during the winter, however would probably be too heavy for daytime use during warmer months. Subtly fragranced, which I appreciate.
