I really like both the packaging and product inside. A little of the cleansing milk goes a long way. It has a very clean scent which I really like. The scent, softness my face feels after using and the packaging really gives me a luxury experience, like I would receive in a spa. I would highly recommend this. For reference I am in my late 40s with dry skin.

I don't know if I've ever used a cleanser quite like this one. To me, it has a lotion like texture that is thick and creamy, and honestly that's kind of what it feels like on the face as well. It states to appy this with a cotton pad, but when I attempted to do this while wearing makeup, I went through quite a few of them. I found it was easier just to apply with my fingers, so that's what I did. This does not lather like your typical cleanser, instead it stays in the milky lotion like consistency. It does in fact remove makeup and dirt from the day, but on makeup days it did take a bit of effort to remove it all, but minimal effort with rinsing. Afterwards, my face was left feeling soft and clean with a beautiful woody scent that I found to be relaxing.
