2024 CBA JudgeThis lip serum is full of powerful ingredients like co-enzyme Q10, vitamin E which helps keep your lips hydrated and plump. It has a nice tingling sensation when applied, which is probably due to the Japanese mint. At times I had trouble telling if there was enough being applied due to the applicator but it does seem that a little goes a long way with this product.
