It definitely delivers and my skin has been looking radiant as if I had been using retinol ! This has a gel like consistency that’s scent less, helps to refine skin texture and reduce lines. Think I’d need to use it for longer to see more benefits. Felt a little tacky at first but that disappears for an ultra smooth finish. Saw an improvement in hydration.
