The pump was locked/hard to use so had to open from the top down. I did like the smell but didn't love it. Lathered nicely and made hair feel clean.

Low viscosity means it can run out of your palm quite easily so no dilly dallying with this one, get it onto scalp quick! Refreshing scent, great as a morning wake up call. Non-irritating, scalp and hair feel cleansed, hair feels soft.
