2023 CBA JudgeI felt this eyeliner pencil was very precise and fairly pigmented. However, I don't prefer pencils for my eyeliner in general. I prefer gel liners because they glide on easier for me and don't have to be sharpened. I also had some smudging later in the day, so I felt it was not very crease-proof or water-proof.

2023 CBA JudgeIf you're a fan of the old-school eyeliner pencil format, but with an upgraded formula- try this! It smokes out like a dream but then stays put throughout the day. Because it's a pencil, a sharp wing is just a sharpening away. :) It's easily removed with a cleansing oil. It glides pretty well, but to get an opaque, defined shape, it does take a couple passes.
