I use this mist after cleansing. I love how easy it is to apply with the spray mist. It can also be used with a cotton pad to apply the toner evenly over the face and neck. This toner has a nice natural scent that is not overpowering. The fine mist absorbs nicely and instantly hydrates and refreshes my skin.
