2026 CBA JudgeMisting this delicate Rose toner on my face is such a joy I would keep doing it even if it had no benefits other than the sense of well being it gives me. But this is a high achieving toner with an all star ingredient list including Peptides and Stem Cells. I mist it on my face after cleansing unless I've been in heavy makeup and then it is my second step double cleanse soaked in a cotton pad. And of course whenever I need a dose of hydration or a smile throughout the day.
